The latest evolution of this fully automatic machine includes a number of electronic sensors that identify the presence of the material and consequently initiates the process. The gluing can be two-stage, glue on the base and glue on the sides, all exactly calibrated and designed according to the needs of the customer.
Once the gluing procedure is complete, the system stops and remains in stand-by, awaiting instructions for a new cycle.

TECHNICAL SPECIFICATIONS
The gluing nozzles are constructed wholly through the use of design drawings and samples of the material, namely on the concrete needs of each individual profile.Construction materials of the nozzles: brass, aluminium, steel.
We can make machines with 2, 3 or 4 gluing heads.
The apparatus is equipped with a self-cleaning system. Pressing a button activates and cleans the entire circuit.
